Ho Ho Ho
I cannot believe how quickly this year has flown by! I mean it's christmas right around the corner and here I am as usual still thinking about what to get people.
I don't know what it is, but this year I just can't seem to get into the spirit of christmas, I've tried, but it's just falling flat for me this year. I don't know if it's because it seems to get rammed down our throats earlier each year or what, I mean adverts were on the television mid November here and in our local shopping centre's, the christmas decorations were put up around the same time..... and don't get me started on the annoying christmas carols that get played on repeat in the shops while you're standing in line behind screaming snotty nosed kids!
See, I am turning into the female equivilant of Scrooge this year just minus the penny pinching.
I have always loved christmas, love spending time with family and making happy memories around the christmas tree and stuffing our faces with turkey, but this year it's just all fallen flat.
I need an injection of holiday cheer and quickly!
